Gladiator Summary drill from a recent class. Two guys bound together, one with an injured arm (tied to their side). They have to fight together against multiple attackers and ensure the injured guys weakness is covered.
Aggression & Determination drill. The idea here is we simulate the body’s natural reaction to an adrenaline dump by putting the students under severe cardio vascular and audio environment pressure. Their goal, is simply to keep striking and punching as aggressively as possible while maintaining a visual picture of their surroundings. Sounds simple….
